Through our web site, we strive to provide valuable information regarding our services. This includes information about our products, locations, and hours of operation. Whether you are a valued, existing customer or someone shopping for new bank services, we hope our site answers your questions.As a visitor to our Web site, you need not be concerned about the privacy of your personal information. We do not gather information on individual users on our web site. We do, however, collect and store information about the name of the domain from which you access the Internet. We also monitor the date and time that you access our site. Other than that, we collect information on visitors only in the aggregate and use it for internal review purposes only. This information simply enables us to tell which areas of the site are of most interest to our users, which avenues of site promotion are most effective, and when peak usage times are.
Our Web site does not require you to disclose any personally identifying information. If, however, you choose to link to one of our 3rd party service providers (such as our Internet Banking Site) you may be required to enter personally identifiable information. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that wil allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a current government issued picture ID, such as a driver's license or other designated identifying documents per NewBridge Bank's Customer Identification Program.
Customer Communications Policy Statement
NewBridge Bank respects and strives to protect the privacy of all consumers. If you would prefer not to receive consumer related direct marketing communications from NewBridge Bank, you need to request that your name be placed on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List. This will effectively stop mail and/or telephone solicitations from NewBridge Bank. You will find three different methods of registering your personal telephone number, and mailing address below.
How to be placed on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit Lists:
- If you receive a call from a NewBridge Bank sales representative, ask to be placed on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List and provide the sales representative with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number(s) (including area codes)
And/or
- Submit your request for placement on the Do Not Solicit List by calling the NewBridge Bank Call Center at 336-242-6211 or 800-456-6505 and when speaking to a representative, state that you wish to be placed on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List. You will need to provide the representative with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number(s) (including area codes)

- Submit your request for placement on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List in writing. Please include your name, address and telephone number(s) along with a statement indicating that you would like to be placed on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List. Send the written request to:

Once you have submitted your request to be added to the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List, please allow thirty to sixty days from the date of your request to remove your name from any currently active sales/marketing programs or up to ninety days for third party vendors that NewBridge Bank may use for certain products.
NewBridge Bank will maintain your request for as long as you maintain an account with the bank. If you wish to change your designation on the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List, call or write as described above to contact the NewBridge Bank Call Center. State that you wish to change your designation from Do Not Solicit (mail and/or telephone) to solicit (mail and/or telephone). Any questions regarding the NewBridge Bank Do Not Solicit List may be directed to the NewBridge Bank address listed in contact method number three above. A NewBridge Bank representative will be glad to assist you.
National "Do Not Call" Registry
NewBridge Bank also supports the National Do Not Call Registry, and has established procedures to comply with the regulations governing the registry and telemarketing activities. To avoid unwanted calls from telemarketers, you may have your phone number added to the National Do Not Call Registry, by calling 1-888-382-1222 or register at www.donotcall.gov. Once you have registered, your phone number registration will be effective for 5 years. It will be illegal for most telemarketers to call you, and you will be able to file a complaint if a telemarketer does call you. The website www.donotcall.gov provides information about filing a complaint. Be aware that while this will stop most telephone calls, you may still receive calls from businesses where you are a currently an active customer due to legal exemptions such as an "existing business relationship", and/or "pre-existing personal relationship" with the customer.
