What is RewardsNOW? |
| It's a unique program that rewards you with points for using your NewBridge Bank Visa® or MasterCard® credit card. To see if your card is enrolled, call our friendly RewardsNOW Service Center at 1-866-759-5000. |
How do I earn points? |
| You earn 1 point for every one U.S. dollar ($1) charged on eligible net purchases made with your NewBridge Bank Visa® or MasterCard® credit card enrolled in the program. |
How do I know how many RewardsNOW points I’ve earned? |
| We keep track of all the RewardsNOW points you've earned and provide you with a printed quarterly RewardsNOW statement. You can also check your account by going online to www.rewardsnow.com/rewards/ or by calling the RewardsNOW Service Center at 1-866-759-5000. |
When can I redeem points? |
| You can redeem points any time and can redeem as few as 750 points. |
What makes RewardsNOW different from “frequent flier” programs? |
| Unlike typical frequent flier programs, your points are good for absolutely anything. You can book either through your preferred travel agency, direct with travel providers, or on the internet. Any airline... Any hotel or resort... Any train trip... Any cruise line... Any rental car... YOU NAME IT! And, there are no blackout periods or seat restrictions with our rebate method. The ONLY exception is the purchase of food and gas. Other than that, the sky's the limit! |
How do I redeem for travel? |
| Redeeming your points for travel is easy. Simply go online and use our airline booking engine, explore U-Choose to apply your points to pay for all or part of your trip, or take advantage of one of our Travel Packages. If you don't have web access, call our Service Center toll-free at 1-866-759-5000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
What if I already took a trip? Can I still get value from my points? |

Yes, as long as your travel occurred after you enrolled in the program. You can download a Travel Rebate form online by following the links from www.newbridgebank.com. Just mail it to us along with your receipt(s) from travel, and we will issue a credit to your account! You can also find a Rewards Redemption form attached to your quarterly RewardsNOW statement or call our RewardsNOW Service Center at 1-866-759-5000, and we'll mail one to you. For every 5,000 points you request to redeem for travel, you'll receive a $50.00 credit to your NewBridge Bank Visa® or MasterCard® credit card account. It's that easy! |
What if I don’t want to travel? |
| You can redeem your points for gifts and gift cards from your program brochure or watch your RewardsNOW statements for our special "Bonus Rewards." |
How do I redeem for gifts? |
| Redeeming your RewardsNOW points for gifts and gift cards is just as easy. Simply compare the total points you've accumulated with the number needed for the item(s) you want. If you have enough points, go ahead and redeem online at www.newbridgebank.com or call our RewardsNOW Service Center toll free at 1-866-759-5000. Our Reward Specialist will take your order, and you will receive your item(s) within 2-4 weeks. |
Can my RewardsNOW points be combined with points earned on other programs? |
| Points may not be combined with, or transferred to, other reward programs. |
Do RewardsNOW points expire? |
| They're good for five (5) years from the month they're earned. So there's plenty of time (and ways) to use your points. |
Are RewardsNOW points transferable? |
| Points are not transferable. |
